Sovereign Free Columbia (BC)

This is being shared into the USA where it will be listened to and understood ... only some Canadians but many BCers are willing to even listen to it... who cares?

I'm currently so far Canadian but have strong and righteous feelings about statehood for my province (BC) and a plan as to how..... and good reasons why for both us in Free Columbia (de-Britished Columbia) and the USA for it to happen.

I have many friends and also cousins now retired who were Green Berets... my grandfather was in the US Army 1897-1902 in the Philippines.... and like other BCers thoughy my Mom wqas born in Canada her family had moved to California and she re-immigrated to Canada from there...

our histories are intertwined and inextricable... and the current political situation in Canada is untenable and un-just and anti-democratic.

Suffice to say that I've been singing the Battle Hymn of the Republic yesterday (one of my late father's favourite songs... he had dual citizenship as did my mom, given up before we were born).

The video in this link is lost but lays out the political history and political geography and economics of North of 49 and the Great Lakes that explains a lot the world has been kept from knowing...deliberately.

I have the utmost respect for the US Marines and that's in no small part due to the solid character and personal mutual respect and good education and open minds of so many I've met or am related to...I'm a pacificist due to my upbringing though respect the military very much... the American military more than the Canadian in fact, though the Canadian Forces are very different than what they were 30-40 years ago...so I'm asking your please read and listen with patience and an open mind..........and share this in your country and to your superiors in fact.....please.

Kalen Harris (Victoria-Beacon Hill Green Part of BC candidate) shared a post... see my comments below the comment/article he's quoting and commenting on.....

I brought this concern up a while back, but the "new markets" argument suggests that Canada is in the oil business. The truth is that once the bitumen is in the pipeline, Canadians - even the politicians - have no control over who buys it. If we believe that more oil supply is supposed to drive up prices for Canadian producers, we have no idea how economics work...

Coast Protectors's comment: re the Narwhal article "The Myth of The Asian Market for Alberta’s Oil"

Small problem: Canadian producers already have the ability to ship their heavy oil to Asia via the existing 300,000 barrel per day Trans Mountain pipeline — but they’re not using it.

“Virtually no exports go to any markets other than the U.S.,” economist Robyn Allan told DeSmog Canada. “The entire narrative perpetrated by Prime Minister Trudeau and Alberta Premier Notley is fabricated.”

It's interesting the huge blind spot in such comments as this:

"Canadian producers already have the ability to ship their heavy oil to Asia via the existing 300,000 barrel per day Trans Mountain pipeline — but they’re not using it."

Indeed... and do you think the USA likes to hear this, given that 99% of that 300,000 bbl/day in the TransMountain is already shipped to 4 Washington State refiners and 1 in Oregon....... in other words not just to WA and OR and other PacNW consumers - civilian consumers are not the only ones.... the US *military* is not just who had the reserves Gov. Inslee offered to back up BC should Premier Notley actually did "turn off the taps", they were also foolishly threatened, if indirectly, with having that supply of "crude" (no, it's not, it's bitumen, not crude oil.... more newspeakery...).

So..... do you think the US military was any happier with that "national security interest" of Canada coming out of Albertan yakyak politics than Governor Inslee was? He's still pissed off about the TMX and his comments that he's "watching it closely" mean that the Puget Sound military complex and the US's various security agencies including Homeland Security and the NSA and the State Department are "watching it closely".....

er, folks, that invisible line we somehow don't see what's going on the other side of is not just invisible and it's more than a ditch on Zero Avenue...the "existing suppliers" aren't very happy with all this talk about tripling rates on their supply in order to supply *China*....

Manifest Destiny is still with us, and BC has been its principle target ever since Alaska was got from the Russians - and a chunk of what should have been BC occupied immediately after the Purchase ...while the Yale Convention was being organized to hype joining the "Confederation" that has screwed us ever since....and then there's the Monroe Doctrine re China-in-Canada.....

The realpolitik of the situation is that the supposed "Canadian national interest" is only a flickering match easily blown away and out by the *national* *security* *interests* *of* *the* *United* *States*......

are you getting me yet??

It's time to remember that we have more in common with our neighbours to the south than we do with transmontane Canada and its distant capital and navel-gazing self-obsessed immediate eastern neighbour. And to our south is a massive regional armament - Puget Sound is quite literally a fortress and a bastion of the Lower 48....originally armed-up in preparation for war with Britain over Alaska.....and *US*.

So as I say in the video linked here and in others I've made these last few days, and riffing off Goerring's comment about the Pope .... "how many divisions does Justin Trudeau have?"

Well, there's at least two divisions of US Marines at Fort Lewis (between Seattle and Tacoma and one of the US' largest bases)....referring to the two Bill Bennett had on standby to put down the General Strike of 1983 that balked because of news of the imminent American intervention....which Justin's daddy would have had to be OK with.......hmmmm huh?

How many divisions of Marines are actually in WA are unknown, as troop deployments are always top-secret.... how large the USAF air fleet on Whidbey Island and on other PacNW air bases is we also can't know.... ships can be counted e.g. at Bremerton Naval Shipyards, and Bangor Naval Base is mostly for submarines... how many are there at any given time is also unknown to civilians....the size of US Army particularly US Army Reserves in the PacNW alone is many times the size and armament of the entire Canadian Forces.

It's not just this that's had me do my eleventh-hour volte-face from against to towards joining the US as a sovereign free state. They've already "protected us" since War Plan Red was set aside in 1938 and they and we both make a big deal out of it...... well, it's now come down to protecting not just us here in BC but also their own NATIONAL SECURITY INTEREST vs the blind stupidity and arrogance of Alberta and the Jackass Celeb from Montreal playing armed bully and powermonger and ....talking about shipping a valuable resource to America's main geopolitical rival (especially in Canada and especially in BC...) as if America didn't notice that it would triple their costs and also fill the Salish Sea with Asia/China-bound freighters full of black gunk....
....it's not just orcas who swim in the Salish Sea y'know.... "How many ships does Canada have? How many subs?".....

the US Coast Guard in WA (and AK) is pretty much also much larger than the entire Canadian military.....The Sumas transfer plant on the TransMountain is about 2 miles or less from the Whatcom County border....

Just on those grounds alone, the wise course of action for all of us in "British" Columbia is to snuggle up to the elephant in Puget Sound and tell the mouse from east of the Rockies to f**k right off....... but a better constitution for a new de-monarchized state with sovereignty affirmed for the Unsurrendered Territories/Nations and a say in the most important elections on the continent rather than seats on the sideline ...vs meaningless in Southern Ontario/Southern Quebec (the Canadas", Upper and Lower) and senators and congressmen in DC and a Bill of Rights that has teeth not just fancy words... and a notwithstanding clause doesn't exist in the US, nor premiers or a prime minister who can "govern" like a king without restraint......

I maybe see more than most people but it's all stuff that people need to snap to and pay attention to....... that even if we're not considering it, our neighbouring elephant most definitely is...

I say we do it peaceably and make America a better country by our courage to abandon the Land of the Maple Leaf and its ongoing treachery and threats and actual violence to impose its authority where it has no Crown treaty... no right to be in 85% of BC at all......

nobody here wants to even listen to what I'm saying and it's boggling that something so obvious that it's typical of Canadian/BC/AB bubble-think and the brainwashing the controlled media and political party system has navel gazed us to not see.

We may not be paying attention to who is watching us from the other side of the invisible line which we foolishly think is permanent and will be respected.....

nope.. it won't... ..

especially when the national security interest of the USA is being flouted ... the tiny mouse jackboots are ripe to get stomped by the super-jackboot and it just so happens that the US military now has the treaty right to enter Canada without calling Ottawa for any time for any reason.... I'd rather it be the liberation of Free Columbia than a War Plan Red scenario or a tide of humanity fleeing northwards through us in a few years fleeing the devastations of climate change and the shoot-em-up that would entail if we don't make "annexation" orderly by deciding to vote to join the US as a free and sovereign state ....

it's Canada that shows us and the FNs no respect, not WA's Gov. Inslee or (so far) the US military ..but we're a prize giant goldfish in the tank between two arms of a giant octopus and man, are we tasty.....an would make the octopus a lot stronger when it finally eats us...which it inevitably will...it's folly to think the 49th Parallel will stand forever ... it's amazing it's lasted a long as it has, frankly

Let's keep that octopus friendly ..... again, "how many divisions does Mr. Trudeau have???"

This first video in the Free Columbia/Cordillera I've started is more about why Canada is so full of bullshit and the way the system works and what it really is and more than it is about the logic behind become stars in the US flag vs being swatted by the beaver's tail and drowned in (expensive) maple syrup.

[To Canadian/BC readers in groups this has been posted to] Listen to it all before any knee-jerk "I disagree" or "I have a different opinion" or lolol "higher principles" as one journalist friend said to me about what the Crown is about... oh really...which ones ????
