BC's UN-registered voters unhappy with referendum they got no fair chanc...

Starts off about the media blackout on referendum returns and a complete blackout nationwide about *anything* to do with the PR referendum in British Columbia and the nature of the 'debate' and all the lies of the NO side or anything about what the PR side is saying and the refutations of the NO side's incredible bullshit.  More than one commentator/comment I've heard on CBC was without a truth-in-advertising clause attached to the referendum egislation and its campaign's (very and too limited) terms, the whole thing was pointless ... or dangerous is the NO side wins.....


This also gets into the dynamic of the non-paticipation of the indigenous nations and also about the Horgan-Morgan finagling that' just come out, and Horgan's so-called climate change policy....


And about the delicacies and vulnerabilities of BC's location i.e. its geopolitical siutaiton... ...and as with the comments about the native vote standing out... the situation of the Unsurrendered Territories and the overlay of the historical pre-colonialist nations still out there, still unsurrendered to the Crown, and with a very large growth rate despite ongoing infant mortality and teen/adult suicide and all the missing and murdered indigenous women - and men - aboriginal Canada, and BC, continues to grow in population and youth... 

That they don't vote says way too much about the way things are in BC.... not about them, but about the reality that what they want has never mattered and they know it.

This is a ticking time bomb in many ways... so is the lack of engagement of the new communities and BC's youth in a meaninful fashion by any of trhe current political parties..including, sad to say, the Greens, despite widespread favour to them across all age groups and backgrounds.

I only wish they had as much teeth as I did.. figuratively speaking, of course.

But nobody listens to a toothless old hippie who talks too much... that's the problem with this country... ignoring what people say based on judgments of class and race and appearanc or presumptions about education based on same.  

I'm poor because, basically, I'm too smart for my own good and nobody who knows what I know has any value placed on them in this society... oter than for free by those who don't /can't/won't pay...

So fine, I'd rather be playing music in the woods...


The young have listened to me, and they're not in any party and they get it.... and are now, or some of them  anyway, awake.  So are the "new nations" - though really the young of all ethnic groups are becoming one nation or relate  to each otehr like one... other than the natives, usually though that also is changing.

I want to see a breakdown of who voted by ethnic /class background.... you can kinda tell from riding results, but so far those aren't forthcoming - not that I know of, but I don't know where to look and.. there's this news blackout on...

This is very good coverage about the Hiawatha Impact Crater but misses out on the implications of an important now-known geo-historical fact.  Their map showing the melted ice flowing out into the oceans was not the configuration of the ice in the last couple of tens of thousands of years... it could not have flown out as shown any time before 6000 BC  - the Laurentian Ice Sheet and Greenland and Ellesmere Icecaps were not just all linked across Ellesmere-Greenland but also between Ungava (Quebec and Labrador) across the Davis Strait to Greenland via an ice dam that let go c.6000 BC which is when the seas worldwide came up by 200m and Doggerland and Dawarka disappeared, and Britain became an Island, and the Black Sea filled when the Mediterranean broke through at the Bosporus. Banned By Patreon | Let The Witch Hunt Begin

I have been intending on starting a Patreon account but you've given me second thoughts... also about using PayPal, which I don't like either nor who they are nor the way they limit the uses for your account, or moving it .... As far as existing folks with Patreon accounts, I hope they're in outside-of-Patreon/Youtube touch with their major backers about setting up; an alternative account somewhere.. and other means of payment.... probably cryptos or maybe credit union credit cards which won't yield to pressure, Thinkin' maybe I'll use Bitcoin now......for whatever other means of funding other than a Patreon account I find. This reminds me of how the BC government shut down political content in the Georgia Straight by strangling them by ending govt advertising with the weekly.
