old saying of mine:  "comes the revolution, everybody dance" (said with a Russian accent).


Looks like that's what's going down in Ireland.... I've seen lots of great music and dancing from the roundabouts and rallies around France, too.

Who needs words when you have music...and can step-dance like that.

The British and Canadian and American Yellow Vests are a complete joke, flying the Yellow Vest banner without having a clue what the French are saying and wanting.... they're partisan and obviously so- not a unifying national force as the Yellow vests in France are.... 

I doubt the Irish Yellow Vests have big support in Ireland (?) though there's an old tradition linking the Irish and French as anti-English and also revolutionaries, so y'never know there may be an Irish Spring as well as a French one (no soap jokes, please)..... but what the Irish Yellow Vests can do is send their support to their comrades in France........

So far Northern Ireland remains peaceful... due to the screwy and spotty Irish-UK boundary there it's gonna get messy..... and despite the Protestant stalwarts in Ulster there are still calls there and in the South for Irish unification...... notably the Irish Yellow Vests include in their own manifesto "no religion" as well as not just recalling politicians and technocrats but also judges.

I have been intending on starting a Patreon account but you've given me second thoughts... also about using PayPal, which I don't like either nor who they are nor the way they limit the uses for your account, or moving it .... As far as existing folks with Patreon accounts, I hope they're in outside-of-Patreon/Youtube touch with their major backers about setting up; an alternative account somewhere.. and other means of payment.... probably cryptos or maybe credit union credit cards which won't yield to pressure, Thinkin' maybe I'll use Bitcoin now......for whatever other means of funding other than a Patreon account I find. This reminds me of how the BC government shut down political content in the Georgia Straight by strangling them by ending govt advertising with the weekly.
